Usually when you download something from the internet, it's in a compressed archive split into several smaller files. The format used includes .7z , .zip , .rar, 001 etc. To extract these files u will need the appropriate software (ex: 7zip, winzip, winrar). I would recommend 7zip for this job as it's free (open sourced) and do the job very well.

after installing the program you can extract the file by :
right click on the first file > 7zip > extract to current folder

note: before doing the extraction, make sure all the parts of the file is downloaded and placed in the same folder. After extraction the archive can be deleted.
